Told in a series of flashbacks and folktales - Kelsey Stray is the sole survivor of Perdue, Pennsylvania, (a town that has been on fire for the last fifty years) as she and the ghosts of Perdue recount the cycles of addiction, poverty, and curses that led to the town's demise.
